Park run, HYROX, local CrossFit competitions - train with purpose to reach your goals.

What does it mean to be an athlete? To me, it means training with purpose to meet a fitness endeavour you've signed up for, or wanting to increase your fitness above and beyond the bare minimum to keep you a healthy individual.

I understand that just because you have a desk job, just because you have family responsibilities or a FIFO roster, or because you've never signed up for a competitive fitness endevour that the dream to be the fittest, strongest and best version of yourself physically and mentally matters.

What's included
when you work with me.

Customised Weekly Workouts

Your goal is unique to you, it's unique to your body and everyone's training age and experience is different. Through a series of onboarding activities we determine the optimal week of training that allows you to progress towards your chosen endeavor as well as allow for daily life activity.

I discuss sleep, nutrition, stress and other lifestyle factors unique to you to understand what we need to do in order to progress you.

Direct Messaging

You want to be heard - what you say and think matters when it comes to your training, you have direct messaging with me as we progress through the week, I check in with you, view your workout results and use this information to inform the next weeks training.

Some weeks everything goes to plan, other weeks it doesn't. Being accountable to a coach enables you to stay on track and maintain motivation, you won't be left standing in the middle of a gym wondering what to do next. Every minute of your training time will be fully maximized to your advantage.

Video Review & In-Person Sessions

In order to reduce your chance of injury I work with you on proper technique and form when moving.

Through video reviews and video feedback, I can ensure you are moving well and practicing good technique.

If you train with me online you are also able to book in-person sessions so we can work together on movements that need more attention. In-person sessions are limited and subject to availability.

Meet your coach

G’day, I’m Madi — I coach people who want their training to be structured, purposeful, and worth their time.

My foundations are in classical ballet, which shaped my appreciation for good technique and quality movement — principles that underpin everything I coach. Over the past two decades, I’ve developed my understanding of the human body through a wide range of training experiences, from mountain half marathons in Tasmania to Bikram yoga in South Melbourne, and now competitive functional training.

I’ve competed in numerous local CrossFit-style competitions and completed a HYROX, giving me firsthand experience of what it takes to prepare for events while balancing a full life. I hold a Certificate III in Fitness and am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

What I specialise in is building clear, effective training structures — programs that progress logically, respect recovery, and help people train with intent rather than guesswork.

As a mother of two, I coach people who train seriously but live normally. Whether you’re preparing for parkrun, a local competition, or your first HYROX, my job is to make sure your training makes sense — and that your effort actually leads somewhere.

In-person sessions are available at my home gym studio located in Medina.

Why you need
a Coach

Many people think that only elite level athletes need a coach, this isn't the case. Anyone managing their sport and daily life can benefit from a good coach.

A balanced week of training can provide several benefits including:

- No wasted time in the gym - you'll know exactly what to do the moment you set foot in the gym

- Reduction in injuries due to a meticulously crafted week of training

- Accountability and support - it's not always easy getting to your training, having a coach makes it easier.
